Opera . . . in a pub? You heard right! Opera Bites brings best-loved opera hits to the relaxed atmosphere of your local pub.
Opera Bites has partnered with The Harold in Glebe to bring you the world’s favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub.
Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs at The Harold. Show starts 7.30pm.
Fabulous food and drinks available for separate purchase at the venue. HAPPY HOUR from 5-7pm. All day kitchen open till 10pm for pre-, mid- or post-show dining.
Opera After Dark
Night-time in opera is the time when things happen - it is a time full of action, mystery, romance, and magic; a time of storms both elemental and emotional. Come and explore all the things which happen after dark in operas such as Rusalka, Tosca, Carmen, Macbethand more. Presented in typical Opera Bites style: fully costumed with witty narration so you're no longer in the dark as to what’s going on.
Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events regularly sell out.
